On Friday Sept 11th, Eric Decker represented the Eric and Jessie Decker Foundation at Cantor Fitzgerald Charity Day in New York City. Charity Day is held in commemoration of the 658 Cantor employees and 61 Eurobrokers employees lost in the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks.
Each year, Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC Partners donate 100% of the global revenues generated on Charity Day to the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund, and to date has raised approximately $125 million globally since its inception. At the end of this year’s event, Cantor Fitzgerald announced that CF, together with its affiliate BGC Partners, Inc., had raised approximately $12 million for the dozens of participating charities around the world.
