After two weeks of training camp, Eric Decker and the New York Jets play their first preseason game on Thursday versus the Colts.
“It’s about that time,” Decker told NewYorkJets.com after practice on Tuesday. “The last two weeks we have put in some good work, scrimmage, and some good work with live action. You go against the same guy and install the same stuff, so it is fun to see where you are at with a different opponent.”

In regards to the offense, the wide receiver stated, “Move the chains, get some first downs. If we get in the red area, scoring a touchdown is key. It’s just the little things right now that we’ve been working on as far as execution — everybody doing their job.”
